Since the beginning, we have been developing in SCRUM methodology. We prepare for a well-developed process to go smoothly, but the fun and good mood indispensable!
Although we do not use a so-called "chemically pure" SCRUM, but we use every important celebration which improves our processes. Daily Standup Meetings (not just our developers, but Back Office and Business Development teams are also do DSMs), Demos, Releases, Story Points.
We build up the teams with colleagues, whose knowledge levels are different, so junior colleagues can learn a lot from the more experienced ones. This is one of the keys to sharing knowledge, because we believe it is the secret of a successful company.
